Scholarship Application Form

Home Scholarship Application Form
Scholarships are generously provided by Sponsors of this event. Sponsors may place criteria upon their support based on geographic region, agricultural vocation/avocation, and participation level of scholarship recipients. To show value of the education presented at this conference the funder for the scholarships value your input. You will be required to participate in a pre and post-conference survey. A portion of scholarship funds will have to be reimbursed if you do not participate in the pre and post conference survey. Due to the limited scholarship funds, all scholarship recipients are required to attend 9 of the 12 total sessions which include a choice of three topics in each session across the two days. Scholarships applicants must be at least 18 years old by the time of the Conference Oct. 24, 2020. If awarded, registration links to the virtual conference are for the person registered for the conference. Only one password with the matching email of the attendee can be used during the conference. Registrants and scholarship recipients are prohibited from sharing or transferring their email address, login and other registration information. Login credentials to the virtual conference will be provided by the Technical Manager for the virtual conference prior to the conference. If log in credentials are misplaced or deleted by the registrant or scholarship recipient the registrant or scholarship awardee are responsible for contacting LEAD for Pollinators immediately for replacement credentials (the previous credentials will be made inactive). Please note: LEAD for Pollinators and the Technical Manager will be unable to provide new credentials the day of the conference to any pre-registered individual or scholarship recipient.

Scholarships are available due to the generosity of our sponsors. Scholarships may or may not be available/ may be limited to sponsor designated regions of the country and other donor restricted purposes. Award notifications will be emailed October 9, 2020.
